Subscription Refunds

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all plan tiers (Starter, Pro, and Enterprise). Plans are one-time purchases that do not auto-renew. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.

  • Eligibility: Refund available within 7 calendar days from the plan activation date
  • How to Request: Contact support@ssundar.com with your order/plan ID and reason for refund
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
  • Account Status: Upon refund approval, your plan access will be immediately revoked

After 7-Day Window

Payments are non-refundable after the 7-day refund window closes. Because plans are one-time purchases that do not auto-renew, you are never charged for a renewal — your access simply ends when the purchased period lapses unless you buy a new period.

  • Your plan expires at the end of the purchased access period (30 days for monthly, 365 days for annual)
  • No prorated refunds for unused time
  • No auto-renewal — you will not be charged again unless you purchase a new access period

Pay-Per-Run Analysis Refunds

Pay-per-run analyses are non-refundable upon successful completion. The analysis charge is applied only after the system completes processing and delivers the output files.

  • Failed Processing: If your analysis fails to complete due to a system error (not user input error), you will receive a full refund
  • Invalid Input: Charges for analyses that fail due to invalid or incomplete user data are non-refundable
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are charged twice for the same analysis due to a system error, contact support immediately for a refund

Refund Process

Email support@ssundar.com with your account email, subscription/order ID, and refund reason

Our team verifies your request against our refund eligibility criteria (within 7-day window, subscription status, etc.)

Approval

You will receive an email confirmation within 48 business hours if your refund is approved or denied

Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Credit card refunds may take additional time depending on your bank

Non-Refundable Items

The following are expressly non-refundable:

  • Plans where the 7-day refund window has closed
  • Pay-per-run analyses completed successfully
  • Usage charges for analyses performed and outputs delivered
  • Any new access period purchased after the original purchase
  • Services used due to user error or user data quality issues

Payment Method & Refund Destination

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you used a credit card, the refund will appear as a credit on your card statement within 5-10 business days. If you used a digital payment method (Apple Pay, Google Pay, UPI, etc.), the refund will be processed to that payment source.

Note: Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to 2 weeks to appear in your account. Please check with your bank if you do not see the refund within this timeframe.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you dispute a charge through your credit card company or payment processor (chargeback), we will not be able to work with you to process a refund. Instead, your dispute will be handled by your payment provider. Please use our official refund process above instead of filing a chargeback.

Chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination and impact your ability to use our services in the future.

Special Circumstances

Account Cancellation for Violations: If your account is cancelled due to violation of our Terms of Service (including unauthorized use, fraud, or abuse), no refund will be issued.

Force Majeure: In cases of service unavailability due to events beyond our control (natural disaster, war, government action, pandemic, etc.), we will issue account credits instead of refunds for the affected period.
