Will I be charged again automatically?
No. Plans are a one-time payment — they never auto-renew and we don’t store a recurring charge. When your access period ends, it simply stops unless you choose to buy another. No contracts, no lock-ins, and you keep all exports you already downloaded.
What happens to my data?
Your uploaded data is used only to run your analysis. It is never used to train AI models, never shared, and deleted from our servers within 24 hours of your analysis completing.
What if the analysis output is wrong?
Every calculation is shown and formula-linked. You can interrogate any number. Pro and Enterprise plans include a rework loop — flag what is wrong and the AI reruns with your corrections.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes. Data processed in the EU region. No third-party data sharing. Full data deletion on request. See our Privacy Policy for the complete data processing agreement.
Do I need to upload data?
No. Every module has an option to run on industry-standard synthetic data if you do not have your own. Useful for benchmarking and board presentations.
What does "module locked" mean for Starter and Pro?
You pick your modules when you buy your plan. You can swap 1–2 during your access period without upgrading. This keeps your price predictable while giving you flexibility.
